Where artistry and organization meet.

Melanie is a theatre and production professional with a background in stage management, live entertainment, arts programming, and operational coordination. Her work focuses on bringing complex creative projects to life through clear communication, detailed planning, and collaborative leadership.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, her passion for storytelling and live performance led her to pursue theatre studies in performance and production at Liberty University. While there, she explored all sides of theatre and also received national recognition from The Kennedy Center for an original written work, developed site-specific dramas, and directed a one-act play she wrote for a weekend of sold-out performances. Since then, she’s had the opportunity to work on productions across the country through regional theatre contracts and a national tour, collaborating with artists and teams in a wide variety of creative environments, including stage managing, acting, directing, and writing. Along the way, she’s been honored to have several productions she stage-managed receive nominations through the BroadwayWorld Awards, including best play and best musical.

Since 2023, she has served as a Production Stage Manager at Sight & Sound Theatres in Branson, Missouri, where she helps lead large-scale live productions that combine storytelling, technical precision, and immersive audience experiences.

Melanie is passionate about creating environments where artists, teams, and audiences can fully engage in meaningful experiences and be transformed through the power of storytelling.

In her free time, she enjoys iced lattes, walks by the lake with friends, listening to podcasts, and sitting on her couch writing innovative new plays.
